Needs Assessment

The security of your facilities is essential to your operational success.
BOS Security's Needs Assessment will assess your security position and objectives, and design and implement a comprehensive plan to mitigate the risks. Audits are carried out by our staff, who have wide-ranging experience in law enforcement, asset & facilities protection, executive protection, and
private security.

The process includes:

• A full threat assessment and analysis.

  
  We address the local security situation, criminal activity, conflict, sabotage, disease, and the environment, and will also indicate the likely targets. We examine the vulnerability of personnel and facilities.

• Probability.

  
  The likelihood and nature of a potential incident.

• Criticality.

  
  The ramifications and effects of an incident on the operation or personnel.

• Planning.

  
  We factor in and include the necessary security measures, staffing, contingency plans, systems, security providers, any constraints, emergency and evacuation procedures, insurance and budget.

Security Personnel

BOS offers security personnel for a variety of situations. Officers may be armed or unarmed as appropriate to the circumstances.
