VirtuGuard™ was remotely monitoring an outdoor shopping center when Command Center Agents observed an unknown male in a restricted area. In attempt to urge the man to leave the area, Agents activated a Voice Command instructing him to leave. 

Upon hearing the Voice Commands, the male became agitated and began pacing and yelling at the surveillance camera and speaker. Agents continued to instruct the male to leave the area. 

Eventually, the male picked up a bag and left the restricted area. VirtuGuard™ was able to avoid dispatching the onsite BOS Security Officer or local police.
