VirtuGuard™ was remotely monitoring a luxury apartment complex when Agents observed a large group of people approach the exterior lobby door. Before attempting use an access card to enter the building, a male forced the door open, allowing the large group to enter. 

The group proceeded to the elevators. Once inside the elevator, one of the males began to inhale an unknown substance from a cannister and exhaled fumes. Eventually, several of the males appeared to argue over the cannister.  

A portion of the group exited the elevator onto one floor while others continued to another floor. VirtuGuard™ tracked the remaining males back to their apartment and noted the unit number.  

VirtuGuard™ then reported the incident to property management in a detailed report containing images, a description of the events, and the apartment the males entered. The property managers were then able to issue fines to the people responsible for the damaged door and the smoking violations.
