BOS Security provides VirtuGuard™ remote video monitoring and onsite Security Guard services to an outdoor shopping center. After having repeat issues with illegal dumping, loitering, retail theft, and other criminal activity, BOS Security has greatly reduced nuisances that have kept patrons from returning to the property. 

However, one morning at approximately 3:09am, the VirtuGuard™ received an AI-triggered alarm to abnormal activity in the parking lot of the outdoor shopping center. A male was standing on top of the barrier placed around the Mobile Surveillance Trailer, appearing to watch as a crowd of vehicles were driving recklessly and doing donuts around the parking lot. 

Through an audio speaker on the Mobile Surveillance Trailer, VirtuGuard™ immediately activated Voice Down commands instructing the individuals to vacate the property immediately and that informing the crowd that police were on the way. At the same time, Agents were calling local police to report trespassing and reckless driving. The male immediately looked up towards the speaker but continued standing on the barricade. 

VirtuGuard™ proceeded to activate the strobe lights on the trailer as a further deterrent. At approximately 3:11am, the male jumped off the barricade and began running from the premises as police arrived on scene. The crowd and vehicles quickly dispersed as police arrived with their emergency lights activated. The incident was resolved quickly by VirtuGuard™ and local police without further issue.
