Late one night at approximately 12:20am, VirtuGuard™ Agents observed a non-resident enter the stairwell of an apartment building. The individual attempted to tamper with the surveillance camera to obstruct the view of the stairwell. 

VirtuGuard™ immediately conducted a Voice Down instructing the individual to leave the property. The individual stood up and gathered their belongings before exiting the building. However, once outside the building, the individual continued to sit on the front stairs. 

VirtuGuard™ conducted a final Voice Down, prompting the individual to gather their things and fully exit the property.
