Early one morning at 2:07am, a seemingly intoxicated man entered the front lot of a luxury car dealership. The individual was a male with a light complexion and gray hair who appeared to be wearing a black shirt, gray sweatpants, and black shoes. The motion detected by surveillance cameras on the property sent an alarm into the VirtuGuard™ Command Center for Monitoring Agents to review the event in real-time.
Upon observing the trespass, VirtuGuard™ activated a Voice Down announcement, alerting the male that he was trespassing and instructing him to leave the property. The male ignored the Voice Down and approached a black vehicle, appearing to urinate on it.
VirtuGuard™ then contacted the local police department to report the trespass and vandalism. The male continued walking around the property, pulling on the door handle of the building and hitting the glass with a closed fist. Further, the male continued walking around the parking lot, hitting parked vans. Agents also notified the designated site contact of the ongoing event.
Minutes later, local police were observed arriving on site and making contact with the male. Police arrested the male and barred him from returning to the property.
