Chris Ciccozzi

Christopher Ciccozzi is a security technology professional with over seven years of experience spanning command center operations, IT support, and remote video monitoring. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Robert Morris University and began his career as a Command Center Monitoring Agent at Edgeworth Security, where he progressed through roles including Command Center Training Lead, IT Specialist, and Site Design and Analytic Expert. He also completed an internship with the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, grounding his expertise in real-world public safety operations. Christopher joined BOS Security in 2022 as a Security Operations Center Manager before transitioning into his current role as a VirtuGuard IT Support Manager, where he supports the technical infrastructure and analytics capabilities of a remote video monitoring platform serving clients across the country.
