Dave is a seasoned senior Command Center – Call Center & Interactive Video Monitoring Command Center business executive with a proven and successful record of accomplishment in large and small business alike. Areas of expertise include business operations, sales development, top and bottom-line growth (organic and thru acquisition), business start-up, and company turnaround situations. Additionally, Dave has experience in private financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic sales, and marketing.
Currently Dave is CEO of DCRM Solutions, Located in Nottingham, NH – a Boutique Consulting Organization, with expertise in Command Centers – Call Centers & Interactive Video Security & Related Services. DCRM is focused on bringing layered, value-added services to the multiple vertical markets, including Multi-Family / Commercial Property Management, Retail, Banking, Asset Storage (In & Outdoors), Distribution/Warehousing, as well as many other related markets.
Before DCRM, Dave was Chief Operating Officer for Iverify Inc., a Charlotte, NC based Call Center – CRM & Interactive Security Services Command Center outsourced value added services provider. Prior to his position as COO at Iverify, Dave was the “Founder” and President of Viewpoint Monitoring, located in Lowell, MA, a leading provider of Interactive Video Monitoring – Security Command Center & Call Center Services. Viewpoint has a strong concentration in the real estate, warehousing, commercial, residential, and multifamily housing vertical markets, as well as retail. Viewpoint Monitoring was acquired by Prosegur, a leading European Security Services Provider, in September of 2018.
Presently, Dave is an Executive Board Member with BOS Security, focused on expanding their VirtuGuard™ remote monitoring division and Command Center.
