Late one night at an exclusive apartment community in New York City, VirtuGuard™ Agents observed 6 individuals within the private park on the property while conducting a proactive virtual patrol. During the day, the park is open, however onsite staff locks the gates at the end of the day to prevent non-residents from entering the private park. 

VirtuGuard™ immediately called the primary contact and the building staff to alert them of the situation. Agents also called the New York Police Department to report the trespass and request that police remove the intruders from the park. 

Before police could arrive, VirtuGuard™ observed the 6 trespassers climbing back over the fence to exit the property. Agents called NYPD to update them on the situation and advised them that they no longer needed to respond. Agents also informed the building staff of the update. 

VirtuGuard™ continued to monitor the area to ensure that all individuals vacated the premises and did not return.
