A luxury car dealership was working with another remote video monitoring service provider when they suffered over one million dollars in losses after several vehicles were stolen under their watch. The Incident:
At approximately 2:42am, the VirtuGuard™ Command Center received an AI-triggered alarm alerting to motion at a luxury auto dealership in Long Beach, California. A black Dodge Charger stopped near the entrance of the parking lot. A male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and white shoes and a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants exited the vehicle and approached a white Jeep truck parked near the sidewalk. Agents responded to the incident 20 seconds after the trespass was detected.
The two suspects entered the a Jeep truck and quickly fled the scene.
